Are you striving to become your best self? Or maybe you’re a podcast junkie in search of your next listen. Either or, I’ve got you covered with my five must-listen podcasts that will change your life.
Podcasts have replaced my local radio station while I drive. I’m positive one day my kids will say “Mom, why can’t we just be like normal people and listen to music in the car?”. Sorry kids, not sorry. And chances are if you see me with earbuds in, I’m listening to a podcast.
I discovered the power of podcasts months ago and my favourite way to listen to them is via Spotify. Spotify makes it easy to find, subscribe and listen to podcasts on my phone and laptop.
I know it can be hard to figure out where to start when it comes to podcasts. Not only are there thousands of podcasts, each podcast can have hundreds of episodes. Talk about overwhelming, right? But, I’ve made it much easier for you. I’ve included my favourite episodes of each podcast below so you can take the guesswork out of where to start and just start.

I love listening to conversations between regular people being vulnerable, plus I’m a psychology junkie. Yes!! I feel the same about one-on-one conversations. A couple of the podcasts listed have one-on-one coaching type episodes that are raw, real and vulnerable and I always have so many takeaways.
